Founder Profile
Florentina Freise
Florentina Freise has more than 16 years of experience bringing together senior decision-makers across infrastructure, real assets and international capital markets. Over the course of her career, she has developed and led high-level platforms for institutional investors, asset managers, operators, advisers and policymakers across major European and international financial centres.
Before founding Dialogue Capital in 2014, she worked across investment, public-sector and international institutional environments, including roles and projects connected with Investitionsbank Berlin, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the OECD and the European Commission. She also worked in France within the context of German foreign cultural relations, including with the Goethe-Institut in Paris and German Consulate in Bordeaux.
Her academic work complements her commercial perspective. She studied at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and the Sorbonne in Paris and completed her PhD at Humboldt-Universität in 2025. Her research focuses on migration, urban integration, networks, access to cities and the role of social and institutional infrastructure in shaping economic and urban development.
She has also published on architecture, housing and urban history, including work on the Isokon Building in London, examining the relationship between modernist design, residential development, social infrastructure and changing forms of urban living.
Today, she brings this combination of investment-market experience, international networks and academic research to Dialogue Capital, connecting capital, infrastructure, technology and strategic intelligence to create stronger dialogue, new relationships and long-term opportunities.
